On March 11, 2026, NDT Pharmaceuticals acquired the assets of LifeStyle Dock, LLC, a South Carolina-based company. The acquisition expands the Company's strategic portfolio into the marine industry, where it is executing a sales and marketing strategy focused on residential, commercial, industrial, and government market segments. The Company also believes its Good Salt Life eco-friendly product lines can be vertically integrated into the marine dock business, creating additional opportunities for sustainable innovation and long-term growth.

NDT Pharmaceuticals announced that its subsidiary, Good Salt Life, Inc., has expanded the EPA-approved label for Clean Republic Multipurpose Disinfectant to include full hospital-disinfectant kill claims across more than 20 named microorganisms, including C. diff spores, MRSA, tuberculosis, Norovirus, and canine parvovirus. The update positions the HOCl-based disinfectant for clinical, institutional, and animal care markets.

Amazon sales grew more than 50% quarter-over-quarter with unit volume up more than 60%, top listings grew as much as 85% and 223%, and the company's direct-to-consumer online store grew more than 180% from Q1 to Q2 — driven by its hypochlorous acid (HOCl)-based Clean Republic, Good Salt Life, and Good Salt Pet brand families.
